Job Description
RSA Engineer (L 08) 
Working Hours (No rotational): 5 PM – 2 AM

Role Summary/Purpose:

The PIM - Privileged Access / RA Administrator supports all level-2/3 needs associated with Privileged Access (PA) and Remote Access (RA) activities. The PIM is responsible for the day to day end-user support and operations of the PA & RA solutions and architectures. This position is the primary interface with end users and other integrated systems for helpdesk support and solution enhancement efforts.

Essential Responsibilities:

Creating Policies/Groups/Roles in RSA Authentication Manager.

Hands on experience on RSA Authentication Manager on 8.1 and above.

RSA Product/Infrastructure/application Support

Create and maintain documentation regarding system configuration, Monitor and fine tune system performance, Design and execute system maintenance procedures

Analyzing system and database logs to identify and resolve potential or existing issues

Provide solutions and architectures for RSA and other PA and RA solutions as added to the architecture.

Responsible for RSA Server maintenance, Operational support and availability of the server

Responsible for Operational tasks for RSA Token file upload, Token file maintenance, Token Errors, Reporting requirements, User Access Errors, etc.,

Hands on experience on Application Integration with RSA AM 8.1using RSA Agent Host(Native) and Radius Clients(RAS) integration.


Bachelor’s degree in IT (or 4 years’ equivalent experience of work)

Administrative capabilities in support of RSA products

Granting access to PA and RA solutions

Working Knowledge on RSA components, building RSA groups

Triage application errors and Help Desk requests that are escalated by the IT Help Desk team, to ensure tickets are closed successfully

Ensuring necessary job-aids and other supporting documentation for the HPA & MFA solutions is up to date

Understanding of Data Center requirements and replication procedures

Desired Characteristics:

Previous work within large-scale/highly available environments

Good technical and development skills

Good communication and written skills

RSA certifications is an added advantage
