You have 5-10 years of total work experience.
You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in .net technologies (C#, Asp.net)
You possess 2+ years of experience working on any of the RPA tools like (Blue prism / Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Open Span etc.)
You can effectively multitask and operate problem in a team environment
You have the capability to interact with tremendous communication skills.

As an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) professional you will support the development and implementation of cost-effective solutions to meet the business objectives by coordinating detailed technical analysis and design, investigating new approaches/technical designs.
You will be responsible to develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
You will be supporting the existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process as well as problem-solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
You will be responsible to deliver significant and tangible results through innovative thinking and in-depth sector expertise.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
