Assisting with HR duties (onboarding/offboarding candidates, keeping accurate and updated profiles on active and inactive consultants, vacation/holiday/sick leave tracking, and other back office support)
Tracking hours and expenses of consultants, assisting with payroll
Tracking all placements, sales margins etc, creating reports as needed
Communicating directly with consultants and mitigating any issues
Communicating directly with managers of each department (legal, accounts, operations, recruiting) to keep all records up to date

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
