Eligibility Criteria:
• Experience Level:
• Residential Product Sales Manager: 2 - 5 Years of proven track record in software/hardware sales.
• Residential Product Sales Executive: 2 - 5 Years of proven track record in software/hardware sales.
• Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Desired Skills:
• Over one year of experience in sales/business development pan India and any other territory company is targeting.
• Outstanding personality, go-getter and driven.
• Proven track record of Success in to B2B sales and demonstrable track record.
• Strong in building sales pipeline, sales closing and building long term client relationships.
• Excellent sales strategist with team management and negotiation Skills.
• Ability to engage and work with C level Executives within Large Enterprise and Mid- business.
• Having existing business network.
• A passion for sales and a drive to succeed and grow into a Global Sales leader.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation skills and knowledge of Enterprise software, Cloud, Mobile and Saas software, sales, pricing and Go to market strategies.
• Self-motivated, Self-driven and ability to work under pressure.
• Out of the box thinker.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Implement a Product sales strategy and drive sales within India.
• Execute the plan and achieve agreed sales Targets and Profitability.
• Build Manage and Motivate Inside Sales support team to deliver the sales targets
• Actively plan, build and manage sales channel partner network
• Promote the company’s brand and products solutions for the targeted audience
• Provide market insight and product feedback to Technology delivery teams and support product roll out teams.
• Provide pricing and market insights in helping shape go to market strategy and plans
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
