What you ll do:
Conduct wide- ranging secondary literature searches and synthe information to elicit key insights for use in short white papers.
Conduct interviews with senior executives, academics and industry experts in search of innovative ideas.
Perform research by speaking with executives, vendors, and senior researchers. Evaluate, analyze, and structure the information for use in various research deliverables.
Develop insights that are practical and actionable (not academic), grounded in IT executives workflows.
Maintain a regular calendar of research deliverable best practice case studies, white papers, quick response notes, issue briefs.
Present research findings verbally and in writing to internal and external audiences. Explain complex ideas in terms busy executives can quickly absorb and apply.
Closely collaborate with peers and senior stakeholders in India, US, Europe, and Australia as part of global research initiatives.
Self- starter, capable of taking the initiative and managing own pieces of work.
Strong ability and orientation towards meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects under time pressure.
Good oral and written communication skills a must for this role
Ability to manage the work of junior staff on project teams.

Masters with 6 years of research and/ or management consulting experience.
