Job Role:

Davin Info is looking for experienced and committed individuals with strong skills in Business Development to join our team and be part of our vision and growth. Energetic & experienced individuals with an ambition and zeal in Business Development would be our preferred choice for this position.

Ideal Candidate for the position:

· Well groomed, pleasant individual having strong communication and relationship building & negotiations skills

· Should be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision to develop business

· Willing to travel extensively in the assigned territory (inter and intrastate) to generate business

· Strong experience in business development & negotiations with the top officials/decision makers of universities and/or government departments for deal closure is a must.

· Ability to develop ways to reach the top officials/decision makers of universities.

· Having experience in dealing with Government departments with excellent networking will be an added advantage.

Other attributes / abilities:

· Ability to conduct primary & secondary research to identify new sectors, markets, and the customer needs

· Understanding the requirements of the customers clearly to offer suitable solutions

· Developing market knowledge, competition and changing trends for the management

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.

· Must have an entrepreneurial approach that is creative, passionate and approachable.

· Must be a serious closer; must know how to manage the intricacies of complex deals and demonstrate the ability to close all types of business.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

· Meet the given sales targets by ethical business dealings

· Researching organizations online to identify new leads and potential new markets

· Develop business opportunities through dedicated prospecting across geography/ market.

· Work closely with senior leadership teams to offer the right products to the audiences, optimized to their needs.

· Grow the top line of the business & ensure profitability by managing the cost of acquisition/ the cost of servicing and overheads.

· Execute business development & sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs.

· Owns the entire cycle - from lead generation to closure and handover to the operations team. Manage complete sales-cycles as well as nurture developing accounts.

· Responsible for handling end-to-end business development and sales cycle including proposal writing, client relationship, client development and closing the deal independently.

· Creating individual business development plan, pipeline management and forecasting on short-term, medium & long-term basis to achieve individual and group targets.

· Taking regular feedback from the customers and bringing it to the attention of the concerned officials.

Other Responsibilities

· Preparing and making presentations

· Arranging meetings for Head Business Development

· Preparation and maintaining MIS Reports etc.
