1. Maintenance Manager

Experience and education level :


10 years minimum in food industry plus university degree in Electromechanical branch/ Electrical or Automation branch as manager

Skills :


• Ability to create a maintenance schedule, Ability to troubleshoot, Knowledge of structure or grounds to be maintained, Knowledge of maintenance procedures, Knowledge of systems to be maintained (e.g. Electrical, mechanical)

• Physical Ability &Manual dexterity,

• Management experience is preferred, Experience in maintenance is required.

• Technical knowledge in the fields: dairy and cheese processes, general mechanics, electricity and industrial automation,

• Ability to read diagrams and technical plans.

• Knowledge of the Windows environment "Micro-Soft-Office"

Tasks:


• Responsible for overseeing maintenance efforts across an organisation.

• Manages maintenance activities for the up keep of production lines, buildings, vehicles, and offices.

• Resolves problems as they arise whether directly or by assembling teams to solve those issues.

• Performs corrective and preventive interventions and provides technical assistance for production;

• Execute maintenance plans (preventive and ameliorative);

• Performs major maintenance, machine overhauls and networks;

• Refreshes technical knowledge to continuously adapt;

o Participates in proximity meetings with other activities;

• Ensures the necessary controls, inspection inspections of equipment to ensure the safety of property, people and the environment
• Coordinate maintenance worker efforts to make sure employer property

• Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues

• Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff

• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance

• Manage the setup and take down of different evens

• Perform troubleshooting to solve minor and major repair issues

• Communicate plans for upper level improvements to maintenance worker staff

• Contact and schedule repair men and extra help as needed

• Perform administrative tasks as required

• Delegate tasks to meet maintenance schedule and satisfy management vision needs

• Applies safety instructions and follows the procedures and rules of the art;

2. Electro Mechanical Engineer


Experience and education level :

5 years minimum in food industry plus university degree in Electromechanical branch

Skills:

• Technical knowledge in the fields: dairy and cheese processes, general mechanics, electricity and industrial automation

• Ability to read diagrams and technical plans.

• Knowledge of the Windows environment "Micro-Soft-Office"

3. Mechanical Engineer


Experience and education level :

3 years minimum in food industry plus university degree in Mechanical branch.

Skills:

• Technical knowledge in the fields: dairy and cheese processes, general mechanics

• Ability to read diagrams and technical plans.

• Knowledge of the Windows environment "Micro-Soft-Office"

Tasks: (For Sr. 2 & 3)

• Perform corrective and preventive interventions and provides technical assistance for production

• Execute maintenance plans (preventive and ameliorative)

• Performs major maintenance, machine overhauls and maintenance rooms

• Trace systematically and with rigor all his interventions maintenance before leaving his post (SAP ERP).

• Refreshes technical knowledge to continuously adapt.

• Applies safety instructions and follows the procedures and rules of the art.

• Collaborates with other sections of the maintenance department and the production department.

• Participates in proximity meetings with other activities.

• Ensures the necessary controls, inspections and lubrication (mechanical and electrical or other) for the proper operation of equipment to ensure the safety of property, people and the environment.

• Provides a preventive role by signaling abnormalities noticed during interventions and rounds of routines.

4- Electrical engineer



Experience and education level :

5 years minimum in food industry plus university degree in Electrical branch

Skills :

• Technical knowledge in the fields: dairy and cheese processes, general mechanics, electricity and industrial automation,

• Ability to read diagrams and technical plans.

• Knowledge of the Windows environment "Micro-Soft-Office"

Tasks:

• Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications

• Inspectinstallationsandobserveoperationstoensurecompliancewithdesignand equipment specifications and safety standard

• Performscorrectiveandpreventiveinterventionsandprovidestechnicalassistance for production

• Ability to install newlines

• Ability to make control panel

• Ability to design, read and execute electrical drawing

• Execute maintenance plans (preventive and ameliorative);

• Performs major maintenance, machine overhauls and networks;

• Keeps clean and tidy up at the end of interventions and maintenance rooms;

• Trace systematically and with rigor all his interventions maintenance before leaving his post (SAPERP);

• Refreshes technical knowledge to continuously adapt;

• Applies safety instructions and follows the procedures and rules of the art;

• Collaborates with other sections of the maintenance department and the production department;

• Participates in proximity meetings with other activities;

• Ensures the necessary controls, inspection inspections and lubrication (mechanical and electrical or other) for the proper operation of equipment to ensure the safety of property, people and the environment;

• Provides a preventive role by signaling abnormalities noticed during interventions and rounds of routines;

5- Automation engineer


Experience and education level :

5 years minimum in food industry plus university degree in automation branch

Skills:

• Technical knowledge in the fields: dairy and cheese processes, general mechanics, electricity and industrial automation.

• Ability to read diagrams and technical plans.

• Ability to create a program and execute an automate

• Knowledge of the Windows environment "Micro-Soft-Office"

Tasks:


• Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications

• Control Automate, program, and test machines

• Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standard.

• Performs corrective and preventive interventions and provides technical assistance for production.

• Familiar with different systems and brands: Siemens, Schneider, Allen-bradleyand others

• Ability to install new lines on automatic mode

• Ability to make control panel

• Ability to design, read and execute electrical drawing

• Execute maintenance plans (preventive and ameliorative);

• Trace systematically and with rigor all his interventions maintenance before leaving his post (SAPERP)

• Refreshes technical knowledge to continuously adapt.

• Applies safety instructions and follows the procedures and rules of the art.

• Collaborates with other sections of the maintenance department and the production department.

• Participates in proximity meetings with other activities.
