Job Description
Job Profile:

- To attend customer via Calls

- To deal patiently with customer

- To understand client complaint and work upon to resolve them

- To coordinate with other department to resolve customer complaint and fulfill request

- To escalate customer issue

- To verify Documents

- To prepare reports.

Candidate Profile:

- Must have good communication skills in English.

- Must have completed high school and must be above the age of 18 years.

- Flexible working with rotational shift.

- Candidates must be able to join immediately.

- Required Freshers/ Graduate/ Experienced.

- Only Working Days: 5 days
