  1. Ensure service reports are produced in a timely manner
  2. Maintain ticketing system
  3. Monitor ticketing system, and escalate any likely SLA breaches.
  4. Provide QA and feedback against ticket standards.
  5. Proactively seek ways of improving the performance of the ticketing system.
  6. Adhere to change control process
  7. Provide audit support when required
  8. Respond to alerts, escalations and stakeholder communication
  9. Conduct periodic Customer satisfaction reviews and meetings.

Required Candidate profileExperience with ticketing systems, eg Zendesk, ServiceNow
o Service Operations
o Helpdesk
o Incident
