Ctc:- 6 to 9Lacs 6 Reporting to Branch Head 7 Job Summary Â· Sourcing Trade & Retail Forex customers from market. Essentially NON Credit Trade related customers.
Â· Training frontlines attached to the respective branch.
Â· Liaise with Respective Support Units, Branches for / and compliance related to Trade transactions
Â· Handling Customer queries, resolutions providing, Capability presentation to the prospective clients, sharing value propositions, on job profile boarding the client.
Â· Conducting Training and Promoting to the all segments and Maintain cordial Relationship with all of them
Â· Responsibility includes Servicing Portfolio customers as well as branch.
Â· Contacting. SME and Retail customers in order to develop new clientele for Trade
Â· Executing documents, ensuring seamless and effective implementation of txns and enabling qualitative delivery of assured solutions.
Â· Periodically meeting the acquired client to ensure proper servicing and to get deeper penetration and wallet share.
Â· Demonstrating proficient customer management skills, effective planning and problem handling skills during Customer interactions of process and procedures.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
