Providing advisory services into various instruments like Insurance(life & non life), MF, PMS,Bond, Real Estate, Gold(ETF), &FMP.
Portfolio review of client at regular intervals
Assessing the portfolio risk according to changing market situation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Entire portfolio analysis, 360 degree wealth management and performing need analysis of your HNI, Ultra HNI and retail clients requirement . Formulating strategies to expand the HNI & Retail client's base.
Maintaining long term relationships with existing/new clients so as to increase the revenue base for the company.
Cross-sell products and services to both new as well as existing HNI & Ultra HNI clients as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements basically through financial planning process.
Achieving financial goals of the clients through various product line like LI, MF, FI, GI and other liabilities products
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Interested in sales of Financial Product (Wealth Management)
Basic Knowledge and Understanding of Financial Industry.
Exp : Minimum one year Exp in sales of Financial Products

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
