Position: Unit Manager/ Business Development Manager / Relationship Manager

Salary: Up to Rs 3 Lacs P.A. TO Rs 4.5 Lacs P.A.+ Incentives

Age – Up to 21- 35 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bancassurance


- To achieve the business objectives and targets for the assigned Banca partners/locations through proactive relationship & sales management.

- Partner management.

- To provide a One-stop Sales & Service support to partner employees and their team.

- Guide partner’s team to sell Company’s products. Resolve queries product and sales related queries

- Should be a Knowledge center for bank sales team / Market Intelegence

Agency Channel

-Understand the Agent’s business for business development and revenue generation

-Ensure that the Agents are inducted ,engaged, motivated and productive by forging a strong

relationship

-Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the Agent’s income exceeds benchmark

-Support the Agents in liaison with the HO for addressing their requirements/ concerns/ conflicts

-To achieve product wise targets & profitability

-Team Building

-Goal setting of all Agents in the team

-Regular and periodic review, monitoring and mentoring of all the relationship agents are managing to ensure they achieve their goals.

-Regular Field observation and Demonstration with the agency force

Direct Channel / NBFC CHANNEL
1. Educate the Customer about the product.

2. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

3. Close the leads assigned by the call central team.

4. Activation of Maximizer Program and Daily follow up and lead Up-dation in Maximizer.

5. Customer Servicing and collection of Renewals.

6. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

Hospital Channel

-Maintain Relationship with Doctors and staff

-Lead generation through Hospital Staff

-Conduct Marketing activities in the hospitals

-Personal pushing Health Policies by approaching Patients and their families.

Skills and Qualifications

Graduate with minimum 2 years experience

Good Communication skills
