Detailed data entry and scanning for customer & application documents for the case
Quality control for detailed data entry of pre /post sanction documents
Initiate CIBIL, FI, DV, Legal, Technical reports, collection feedback report and follow up with vendors to close on the same
Process credit proposals of House Loan/LAP borrowers with thorough in-depth financial analysis of the customer backed by the regulatory, internal checks & preparation of case appraisal notes.
Verifying the customer to understand the business profile, his business terms, and his needs in terms of product/s, funding requirements.
Understanding of property related aspects like legal title and market value of the property etc , for clear mortgage of the property
Coordinating with sales, operations, trade, legal, technical and customer service departments in order to ensure a satisfactory and a time bound lending to the customer.
Updating OTC documents and dispatching for archival
Check for sanction conditions completion and raise queries if any and follow up for resolution on the same
Check seller verification and details wherever applicable
Prepare case/ proposal for perusal of disbursement approver and create charge on property
Update the individual Disbursement Officer activity tracker for all cases
Coordinate with RCU agency and avail RCU clearance prior to disbursement
Create the loan details on the Loan management system and Prepare payment instructions based on specified repayment method
Ensuring timely role out of the Home Loan/ LAP MIS everyday
