Strategize, plan and execute the acquisition plan for the area as per AOP.Responsible for developing & driving sales productivity for the region.Achieve POS opening targets at large/Medium/Small stores & Key Accounts/LFR.Liaise with relevant departments to get information support to sales team to ensure sales operation meet or exceed the target.Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed. Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective actionUnderstand competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to product teams / HQResponsible for the quality / risk of business acquired/portfolio within the sales area.Initiate and drive process improvement measures to ensure better productivity and superior customer experience Recruitment and training of sales teams Provide support to the collections team
