Job Description
The
main aim will be to convince Doctors for our company products on product quality basis, so that they prescribe

them. Team Handling and coordination  

a)      Customer coverage

b)      Product promotion

c)      Customer services

d)      Market feedback

e)      Achievement of Territory Target: rupee-wise and  product-wise

f)       Selection of most potential customers (doctors. Chemists, pharmacies, institutions) in line

with company's strategy

g)      100% coverage of the customers as per the coverage strategy: extent & frequency

h)      Ensure product availability

i)       Implementation of the product promotion strategy and generation of prescriptions for

business.

j)       Build relationship with key customers

k)      Building company image through good conduct

l)       Collect market feedback on our and competitors' activities

m)    Updation of knowledge and skills for effective product promotion
Record keeping and reporting analysis as per the policies and processes (individual as well as

team members) – DCRs, Expense statements, Tour Plans.

o)      Ensure Collections from the market & keep the outstanding under control.

p)      Maintain confidentiality about Company's strategy, materials and property. 

q) Team management , Induction & training management of team members as per the

planning & coordination with HO.

Key requirement
Experience should be above 10-15 Years in Pharmaceutical industry only.

More preference for Critical care Industry Experience Candidates.
