Making regular sales visits to the local and out-station distributors and retailers in markets across the
Ensure timely collection/follow up of payments from customers.
Get market feedback on new product pricing, print run quantities.
Display of POS at retail/distributors level.
Create and update Mailing lists.
Stock and logistical planning and share sales projections for respective territory.
Share Backlist and FL Sales estimates on a monthly basis in advance.
Compiling and reviewing regional distribution and sales strategy in conjunction with the SD.
Updating publisher and editorial team on market feedbacks with title reports.
Participating /organizing events book launch, book reading, exhibitions etc.
Maintain relations with local media for publicity for specific titles, author tours and company promotions.
Represent the Company with the highest standards of professionalism and communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
To achieve retail and distributors targets within stipulated timeline.
Monthly Sales Report to be submitted along with expenses by end of each month.
Local and outstation tour plan to be discussed and firmed up with line manager in advance.
