Job Title - Regional Sales Manager for Consumer Product Finance Location: Hyderabad Work Experience : 8-12 years experience Academic Qualifications Required : Graduate/MBA/ PG Job Description: Achieve sourcing targets for Consumer Product Finance (CPF) loans from all retail formats. Manage key relationships with merchants & dealers along with Key Account Managers. Ensure resource productivity targets are met consistently. Manage large sales teams consisting of Area Sales Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Officers. Manage sales process compliance at Regional level. Manage administration for regional level offices. Key Result Areas (Job Responsibilities) Strategize, plan and execute the acquisition plan for the area as per AOP. Responsible for developing & driving sales productivity for the region. Achieve POS opening targets at large/Medium/Small stores & Key Accounts/LFR. Liaise with relevant departments to get information support to sales team to ensure sales operation meet or exceed the target. Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed. Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to product teams / HQ Responsible for the quality / risk of business acquired/portfolio within the sales area. Initiate and drive process improvement measures to ensure better productivity and superior customer experience Recruitment and training of sales teams Provide support to the collections team Key Relationships : Dealers and Merchants Team Handling : 5 to 8 members

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
