Job Responsibilities

Technical Skills
  • Should have experience selling in the areas of Experience in Selling in BFSI - Product Engineering and Development Banking Solutions like UiPath, IOT Banking Application, Payment Gateways/Finacle, Banking Solutions product etc…
  • Should have very good exposure to BFSI Verticals

• Must have experience in Technical Selling or Solution Selling.
• Must be someone who has carried revenue targets through-out their career.

• Over 5 years of experience in managing P&L.
• Strong and in-depth selling experience in the respective regions.

Management Skills

• Meet with client teams, gather requirements and conduct technical knowledge sharing sessions.
• Be part of the Interviewing panel. Suggest and recommend hiring.
• Help members by identifying the areas of improvement and suggest the required training and certifications.

Leadership
• Effectively guide and mentor Sales team and inspire them to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence.
• Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and suitably make changes, wherever it is required. Resource management skills and ability to handle complex/sensitive issues.
• Encourage inter/intra team interactions, boost employee motivation and appreciate team contribution. Ability to match project tasks with opportunities for development so that employee potential is utilized to the maximum

Minimum Requirement
  • 15-18 Years exp. in sales for BFSI - Product Engineering and Development Banking ( GBM and other offerings like UiPath, IOT, Core Banking Solutions , Payment Gateways/Finacle product  etc in BFSI)
  • 5+ years in the respective region / market.
  • Wide range of domain and industry exposure.
  • Experience in dealing with CXOs of Global Fortune 500 / 200 companies.
