Job Description:-

Designation: - Regional Sales Manager
Location: - Rajasthan /Ahmadabad
Territory Covered:- Entire Gujarat
Team Size:-50 (ASM+SO+TSI)
Experience Require: - 9+ years
Salary: - As per industry

Qualification: Graduation must be regular in any stream or MBA / PGDBM with specialization in Sales &Marketing (Preference) , Percentage in 10th& 12th must be 60% in both.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Achieve growth and sales target month on month by successfully managing the sales and distribution team.
2. Design and implement business plan in own territory that expands width and depth of distribution base.
3. Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of SO & TSI
4. Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team periodically.
5. Identify new opportunities for expansion.
6. Keep management informed of market shifts, launch of new products and competitor’s activities.
KEY COMPETENCIES
1. Successful previous experience as an Area Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
4. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
5. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
