Job Description
To achieve budgeted sales volume

• Attending to the enquiry and converting them in to sales

• Identify new leads & markets to capture

• Keep track on competitors activities

• Plan & participate in promotional activities
Effective coordination with Customers - Distributors - team members on complaints from market

• Reviewing with QA on the pending complaints and action plan.

Coordinating with plant to ensure that the orders are being processed timely

*Ensuring delivery of the product as per specifications and committed delivery period

*Ensuring quality supply through good interface with Plant & Technical Services Team

Ensuring the payment in advance for the allotted orders in time.

• Reconciliation of accounts
