Job Purpose

To work closely with RBB and ensure achievement of the TPP Objectives for the said FY by liasing with respective Channel partners to drive and achieve the stated business objectives across all TPP Products and ensuring adherence to compliance & other Hygiene parameters.

Key Responsibility Areas : 6 – 8 Areas Activities

Strategy Management - Life Insurance , General Insurance and Health Insurance, Mutual Funds

• 100% achievement on EPI Sales Plan basis logins

• More than 80% branches to meet LI targets on logins

• LAR - 100%; LCR - 70%

• Minimum 4 Activities per Branch from Metro, Urban, Semi-Urban and Minimum 2 Activity from Rural by each RPM per Month

• 40% of Product selling to be in Traditional plans

• 100% Achv of TPP Income Target Vs Achievement

• 100% achievement on GI & SAHI Fincon Plan

• 100% Achievement of MF Lumpsum & SIP Plan

• Quality of Business • 90% of policies logged to be converted YTD

• 90% level of Persistency i.e 13th Month Renewal

• Compliance & Certification • 100% of resources to be IRDA certified

• 100% Brs should NISM Certified excluding 2 Men/3 Men

• Partner Management and channel Management • Highlight support issues, gap areas and devise a Plan of Action for way forward. Track the support items to closure every month

• To be done at the beginning of the month along with HLIC, Ergo & AMC partners and new partners- ABHI, Bharti Axa, Birla sun Life Insurance and Tata AIA Insurance

• Support to complaints management team for resolution on complaints

• Download the strategies of product teams to Retail teams, RPMs and Regional vendors. Provide upward feedback to the Central teams to enhance the products

• Hygiene Parameters • 5 branch visits per week

• 4 Activites in Metro and Urban branches and 2 activities in Rural and Semi Urban branches

• Communicate and ensure that the branches/staff meet the regulatory requirements as and when communicated/updated by the Central Product teams

• Arrive at monthly training calendars, along with Regional Training managers of LI, GI & AMCs based on the requirements
