{IT Infrastructure Product & Services}

Budget: CTC- INR 16L – 18 L { negotiable}
Qualifications: - Graduate, MBA {mandatory}

Job Responsibilities
  • The Regional Manager Sales – IT Infrastructure Product & Services is responsible for selling InspiriSYS Solutions Limited Service offerings which includes IOT, Cloud, Network Security Solutions, Datacenter solutions, Server, Storage, Networking components, Messaging and Collaboration, End-User Services, Information Management, IT Service Management/IT Infrastructure services) to Government / PSU/BFSI/ Large Enterprises accounts customers. 
  • Candidate should have an experience in Solution selling.
  • Candidate should have developed new accounts and managed existing accounts
  • Capability to translate the customer business issues in to IT Infrastructure requirements
  • Engage with the customer, identify triggers, Identify key IT issues which impact the business and make recommendations to customer.
  • Build and develop the business case, provide relevant and sound business & technical advice to the customer.
  • A good conceptual knowledge on IT Infrastructure (IOT, Cloud, Network Security Solutions, Datacenter solutions, Server, Storage, Networking components, Messaging and Collaboration, End-User Services, Information Management, IT Service Management/ IT Infrastructure services)
  • Exposure to delivering consulting projects.
  • Together with solution engineering team, interface and negotiate with the customer and their consultants.
  • High degree of commitment and goal orientations is a must.
  • Should have a great attitude towards work and must be willing to adjust with the demands of a high pressure job.
  • Potential to build, maintain and lead Services Sales in the respective geography.
  • Establish the vision and brand of INSPIRISYS in the respective geography.
  • Be accountable for the all Pre-sales / Sales initiatives and activities.
  • Effectively position and differentiate INSPIRISYS from the competition.
  • Strategically prepare the Annual Business Plan in line with the Practice’s goals and objectives.
  • Own the topline and bottom-line for the practice.
  • Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote company brand and establish strategic relationships.
  • Generate and submit Sales MIS reports periodically.
  • Identify current trends / threats and recommend possible solutions and new opportunities.
  • Track and ensure on periodic basis that the goals are achieved as per the stipulated time frame.
  • Follow up on current and past accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and drive further revenue.

Candidate Profile Requirement
  • 10+ years’ of experience in selling in the areas of Networking, Embedded Systems, Cloud Computing, Mobility, Data Analytics, Software Solutions and Services-managed services, providing optimized and integrated services to Government / PSU Customers.
  • 5+ years in the respective region / market.
  • Over 4+ years of experience in managing P&L.
  • Wide range of domain and industry exposure.
  • Experience in dealing with CXOs.
  • Strategic Thinker with thought Leadership.
  • Good Communication
  • Excellent presentation
  • Pleasing personality
  • Strategist with very good attitude, business acumen and managerial qualities
  • Energetic, Aggressive and Numbers driven
