Education: MBA / CA / Graduate. 
 

Experience: 7 - 10 years of Experience. 



Job description:
* To ensure that Business Targets with respect to region is Achieved as per the Budgeted Parameters.
* To ensure that Recruitment of required Talent is completed as per the Budgeted Norm.
* To ensure that all the Policies / Regulations / Statutes are adhered with respect to Sales & Branch Administration.
* Knowledge of Basics of Client Relationship Management Experience of Objections Handling & Solution providing,
* To Clients Networking & Lead Creation through existing Clients has handled & Managed a Team.
* Good Commercial Acumen Ability to Forecast and Understand Business Potential.
* Good Knowledge of Fin Products, Franchise Network would be Advantageous, Good Communication.
