BigSpring is a thriving enterprise SaaS startup disrupting learning and productivity at several Fortune 500 clients. They strive to reduce the gap between business performance and talent development. Their tech and touch approach enables learning anytime, anywhere, using a mobile video learning and coaching platform. They have worked with clients across service-oriented industries, from management to the shop-floor, to convert the company vision into tactical capabilities.

BigSpring works with clients on long-term engagements to demonstrate performance improvement along specific business metrics. Their tech and touch approach includes a mobile video learning and coaching platform that integrates with operations, and an enterprise interface that allows the client to track and analyze their human capital against business KPIs.

They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager with a technology- and results-orientation who can lead a sales team in acquiring large enterprise clients for BigSpring India. He/she will be their ambassador to the business world and contribute directly to BigSprings growth and success.

Key responsibilities:
  • Articulate a clear vision for client acquisition in BigSpring including strategy and goals 
  • Drive volume and value including initiating and closing large B2B and other profitable deals 
  • Prospect relentlessly along with junior team members 
  • Guide competitor research and bring client and competition feedback to the operations and product teams 
  • Bring in industry best-practices 
  • Hire, build and coach a high-performing sales team 
  • Contribute to different areas of learning. 
Does this sound like you?
  • 10 +years of experience in client acquisition and enterprise sales 
  • A proven track record of sales, expanding businesses and exceeding quarterly and yearly targets 
  • A passion for technology and learning, and a strong grasp of HR/learning/workforce trends 
  • The ability to interact with and influence CXOs and business heads in diverse industries 
  • A sound understanding of the market and strong business forecasting skills 
  • The ability to think strategically 
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Strong business focus, pipeline management skills, process-orientation and comfort working in agile environments 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Willingness to travel.
