Our Client is a leading stock broking firm in India. It is a member of the Bombay Stock Exchange, National Stock Exchange.

Roles and Responsibility :

Role: Regional Coordinator B2C
Designation: Manager/ Chief Manager
Experience: 7-10 years experience
Reports to: National Head B2C
Responsibility:
  • Drive and achieve business targets
  • Continuously drive the business performance of across regions in terms of target vs achievement, quality accounts and other process parameters
  • Schedule regular concalls and ensure the daily and weekly targets are met
  • Roll out contests and recognition programs to surpass the budgeted business numbers
  • Drive input and process management
  • Monitor inputs closely in terms of first call TAT, lead conversions, margins, online fund transfer, Digital sales pitch, MF SIP, WMS, referrals etc. and take timely action if the desired benchmarks are not met
  • Supervise and ensure manpower management is proper including on boarding of budgeted manpower, attrition control, PEP management, IJP, CPP etc. in close coordination with HR and L&D team
  • Set monthly training calendar and coordinate with Productivity Jockey for training
  • Take final round of interviews for first time Sales Managers
  • Ensure Tab Management within resources
  • CSO Support
  • Coordinate with regions constantly and ensure right enablers are in place in terms of leads, infrastructure, processes etc.
  • Act as a bridge between the region and CSO support teams and help in the resolution of all regional level queries
  • Closely coordinate with marketing, product, admin, learning and development and HR teams to resolve roadblocks encountered
