To create Affordable Housing Portfolio in the region. To setup internal and external distribution. Construction Finance to Affordable Housing Developers. Responsible for collection of the portfolio. Key Relationships: Builders/Channel Partners/Internal Stakeholders Competencies Required: Team Management/Relationship Management/Business Development/Sales/Recruitment/Cross-sell/Channel Recruitment Academic Qualifications Required: Graduate/Post Graduate. Preferably management Degree Nature of Relevant Work Experience Required: 3-7 Years in supervisory position No. of Years of Relevant Work Experience: 8-12 Years
