Job Description
• Identifying the hiring requirement (Figure out how many candidates need to be hired to achieve the monthly target).
• Post job ads/descriptions on respective portals and tracking the response.
• Send bulk text messages and emails on weekly basis through job portals.
• Sourcing candidates using various job portals based on the job requirement ie Monster, Naukri, Linkedin.
• Screening candidates over the phone.
• Following up with the scheduled candidates.
• Maintaining/sending the calling tracker to the Manager at the end of the day.
• Helping the candidates with the registration process. [For an interview, usually walk ins]
• Briefing the candidates about the process (Voice and Non Voice).
• Conducting the HR Interview round (In house candidates).
• Processing the candidates for further rounds.
• Coordinating with the VnA’s and managers of the respective department/process.
• Once selected give the congratulation sheet and request them to carry the necessary documents needed for documentation.
• Collect the documents from the candidates and process them for induction.
• Send the daily report to the Manager to check the progress of performance.

• Handling Coordination (Telephonic/Skype/Face to face).
• Identifying the hiring requirement.
• Conducting the HR round for the candidates.
• Processing the candidates for AMCAT/Versant test.
• Travelling to the respective vendors.
• Maintaining a good vendor relationship and candidate relationship.
• Hiring/Identifying the right candidates for various requirements.
• Data Base Management (Selected candidates/On-boarded candidates/Vendor candidates).
• Generating referrals.
• Responsible for making calls to applicants and explain in detail about the job requirements.
• Meeting the numbers as per the target set by the reporting manager.
• Worked on Peoplesoft application (Generating offer letters using Peoplesoft).
• Explain about the salary/process/benefits/company norms to the candidates before handing over the offer letter.
• Follow up on the candidates who need to attend Induction.
• Sending daily reports and updating Master Tracker.
• Handled end-to-end recruitment and on boarding activities.
• Took up additional responsibilities, helped a different team during high volumes, worked in HR operations.
• Worked in the PF department for a brief period.
• Handled PF/HR related queries and cases for whole of Mphasis.
• Worked closely with the PF vendor/backend team.
• Assigning cases to the team members.
• Taking escalation calls when required.
• Making sure the cases were resolved on time.
• Sending the daily report to the manager to track performance.
