Job Description
Recruitment Delivery Manager

• Plan & execute the client deliverables.
• Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.
• Deliver on business & team targets and meet overall quality parameters.
• Responsible for managing the client requirements & their expectations.
• Responsible for total teams' sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels, mainly through references, Job boards and social media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Guide & motivate the team to source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.
• Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non- conventional channels of recruitment.
• Keep the team motivated for superior results.
• Use the recruiting process to drive the most effective and targeted recruiting strategies to impact business success, including guidance on job descriptions, levels, interview loops and candidate sourcing strategy.
• Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluating candidates and ensuring the highest bar. - Lead final assessment and selection process.
• Emphasis on continuous improvement, as such it is expected that you will spend time to ensure on-going education of hiring managers and interviews on recruitment best practice and interview skills training.
• This role will be required to manage a team (give strategic direction to the team and manage them)

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

• Overall 3+ years of prior work experience.
• Experience in team handling & independent client management is a must.
• Involved in end to end recruitment cycle in Non IT Sector
• Must have good understanding of technology & automation to drive speed
• Has an eye for details, results driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations.
• Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.
• Communicator with a strong understanding of the business world and has a passion for recruitment.
• Need to be solution oriented.
• Hands-on experience on Niche skill sourcing.

Required Experience: 2 years to 5 years
