JOB Description:
You are expected to lead from the front as Recruitment Lead.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities explained below:

Operational Responsibilities:

 Should be aware of UK/EU Employment regulations, GDPR, Challenges and Engagement cycles.

 Deliver as a Senior Recruiter and equally lead/manage team of recruiters

 Allocate tasks/roles keeping in view Recruiters and Sr Recruiters skills and experiences and help them balance while under pressure to consistently help them perform better and better

 Responsible to evaluate, drive, induct and train Recruiters periodically. Would be responsible to improve average and poor performers within the team

 Responsible to manage allocated team effectively and efficiently at all the times. This includes establishing best practices, innovate new approaches as required and make teams deliver

 Ensure and improve TOT/Responses consistently

 Responsibility on End-to-End Recruitment cycle and personally engage at all critical negotiation stages if needed, during closing or while on-boarding consultants

 Should not hold or step back if required to support recruiters in sourcing CVs from markets, especially if recruiters are highly occupied or under pressure for cvs. Work as a team, team member when required. Get down to floor with right spirits and take the task forward with best spirits

 Discuss / Co-ordinate with role owners/directors and seek necessary guidance if in doubt

 Randomly conduct due diligence on sourced candidates and re-confirm their availabilities and acceptance on rates etc under special circumstances. Special circumstances include: If it’s a back-fill position with need to fill the position immediately, Selected and offered consultant already withdraws once, or due to special request from the client! Need to doubly ensure right support

 Aim to gradually reduce number of drop-out cases or withdrawals (year-on-year basis). This is possible by consistently doing a reasonable assessment on submitted cvs and cross-check on the rates. Get involved and cross-check especially when negotiated rates exceed 30% of candidate’s present or previous rates (this is an example!). This avoids last minute fall-outs / withdrawals.

 Responsible and to lead regular weekly and monthly review meetings. Even quarterly reviews.

Team Management & Account Building

 Making sure the said Minimum targets are met individually and by each of the Recruiter in your team

 Assign relevant reasons and renewed expectations every quarter if Team member (Recruiter) fails to achieve target during the quarter.

 Counsel, Motivate team members achieve minimum targets

 Any business leads generated or identified be shared with Directors/Owners

 Develop relations with assigned Client line managers so enjoy continuous flow of requirements

 Ensure support levels are enhanced with existing clients and deliver set expectations regularly

 Work on critical feedbacks from client and improve required processes, deliverables

 Effectively building positive relationships within the ream and with clients providing best levels of service to meet the strategic needs of the organization and grow the assigned accounts gradually
