Job Description
UK IT Recruitment Delivery Management
  • To oversee the general day to day work practice of the recruitment team and to ensure that the team is trained and has the necessary tools to complete their roles for Recruitment Delivery.
  • Allocate roles to the most appropriate recruiter ensuring that role priorities are managed to ensure SLAs are achieved.
  • Full ownership of ensuring quality CVs are delivered to all G + clients within SSR and client SLA's working with Dan OMahoney, UK Account Manager to ensure individual recruiters delivery performance are monitored.
  • To escalate operational and delivery issues or concerns to the Noida Delivery Manager as first point of escalation, then to the UK Account Manager. Issues relating to the client specifically, may be directed to the UK Account Manager in the first instance.
  • Assist recruiters with challenging roles, guiding them on best methods of attraction, Boolean search improvements, effective mailshots etc.
  • Ownership and Accountability for managing and improving the DOS portal workflow, from allocation of roles to short listing, interviews with the support of Doug Powell and/or Dan OMahoney in the UK
  • Ensure relevant talent pools are created by specialist selected recruiters in line with niche recruitment activities or clients (e.g Field Service Engineers, NCR) as discussed and agreed with the UK Account Manager. Target skills to be discussed and updated each quarter as required.
  • Oversee and support the UK Contract resourcers to include submission of their CVs to the client as necessary when requested to do so by the UK Account Manager
  • Measure Daily, weekly and monthly activity and SLA reports. Increase in ratio of CVs shortlisted for DOS then converted to interviews as the year progresses.
Team Management

  • Ensure there is adequate cover between 9am and 5pm UK time and during India National holidays to ensure CV SLAs are met.
  • Ensure that adequate knowledge is available during holiday cover and that appropriate hand overs are exchanged will full client recruitment process made available to the recruiters.
  • Management and accountability for Delivery Team Training manual, updating the manual as required due to process changes.
  • Support the India Manager with interviewing of new team members as requested.
  • Review and update recruiter induction pack as necessary
  • Daily scrum meetings to manage priorities, capacity and issue escalation
  • Provide cover for Support Team Manager and UK Account Manager as required.
Account and Systems Management

  • Ensure all information for onboarding is provided to the screening and contracts team and the end client as per the process manual and SSR requirements
  • Ensure that no start date is provided until receipt of Verified eligibility to work is received
  • Ensure no contractors are on site without a verified eligibility to work prior to start
  • To carry out a full investigation for any missed SLA or compliance element of our contractual obligation as well as any process failings which result in a client escalation. To document the investigation and any resulting actions which could include, training, process changes or a staff disciplinary.
  • Conduct monthly spot check on right to represent
  • Ensure Recruiters upload all necessary activities onto all systems within 24 hours of the activity having taken place.
