Job Description

Syban is a People Solutions company, serving valued customers Globally across Locations in India, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman enabling them to leverage the cost benefits while enjoying service delivery of international standards.

Syban has an extensive IT Industry Practice, especially ERP, focusing on SAP, PeopleSoft, Microsoft and Oracle. We have been Instrumental in setting up 2 SAP center of excellence here in India, one a JV from Netherlands, and other an AFS company from Australia. Syban has been instrumental in setting up large Cognos / Hyperion delivery teams for a Kuwait based O & G customer.

As part of expansion now Syban is looking for some good candidates. Designation: Recruiter Consultant / Sr. Recruiter Consultant.

Qualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred)

Experience: 3 months to 03 years’ experience.

Position Overview

The role holder will be responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle. Understand the job

requirements and process quality profile for open position in cost effective manner.

Must ensure overall Clients satisfaction and productivity, through efficient supervision of the

Flow of Requirements, Timely and Quality Delivery.


1- Will be responsible for managing recruitment process.

2- Able to do Screening, Sourcing, Scheduling.

3- Can Search resumes from various available Job Portals.

4- Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds

5- Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position

6- Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and requirement

7- Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting

companies and close the position.

8- Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment

9- Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with


10- Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.

Desired Profile:

1- Sound knowledge about Recruitment Industry.

2- Self-starter and has good listening skills.

3- Self-Motivated, team player, action and results oriented.

4- Good communication skills in English.

5- Strong Time Management skills, Well-organized and good reporting skills.

6- Experience in recruitment either in IT or Non IT.

7- Experience in team handling will be plus.
