About Team Lease
Teamlease was set up with the mission of Putting India to Work. We have done well – over 17 lac people hired since we started – but we have not done enough. India’s people supply chain is broken, policy change has been slow, and employers are hungry for partners who provide outcomes rather than services. Our 3E strategy (Employment, Employability and Education) has served us well but starting 2019 we are formally updating our 3Es to Employment, Employability and Ease-of-Doing Business (EODB). The first provides our clients with outcomes in Staffing, the second in Productivity, and the third in Scale.
The Employment cluster has our six profit centres in Staffing, Specialized Staffing, Mobilization, Permanent Recruiting, and Digital Hiring. The Employability cluster has our four profit centres in learning of onsite (TLS and ELS), online (Schoolguru), On-campus (TLSU) and On-the-Job (NETAP).
