Marcus & Associates (M&A) India is hiring the following for our Noida, India Office (Shift timings 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST):

Recruitment Account Manager/Business Development Manager

Our firm, Marcus & Associates is recognized as an elite life science executive search consultancy that serves the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. We specialize in selectively recruiting the finest scientists, clinicians, and commercial professionals on behalf of our world class clientele.

Demand for our services continues to grow and as a result, we are currently expanding our Marcus & Associates Asia team. We seek to select several new Recruitment Account Managers to join our highly successfully. The Recruitment Account Manager RAM collaborates on the initial analysis of each search assignment, beginning with an evaluation of our client company's talent needs in the North American Markets. The RAM plans and executes the recruitment of potential employees for our clients via extensive telephone networking. The RAM calls existing contacts and pursues referrals to new leads to recruit potential employees for our client companies.


Key Responsibilities:

Consult with M&A stakeholders on the hiring needs and position requirements

Align understanding of position requirements with M&A recruitment team

Call through network of contacts and leads from databases to request referrals to potential candidates

Call potential candidates to recruit them by providing information about the client company and position

Additional Responsibilities may include:

Sustain and build relationships with our M&A stakeholders

Successfully manage and drive the recruiting execution of our consulting assignments

Respond sensitively and urgently to our clients needs

Ensure the successful delivery of results on each assignment

Confer with M&A stakeholders on market insights, process, project timeline and expectations for results

Conduct necessary research to complete a detailed recruitment plan

Search external (LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases to identify leads to potential candidates

Screen candidates to ensure qualifications and motivation

Confide in qualified and motivated candidates with details about the opportunity

Evaluate qualifications and motivation of candidates to help determine who to present to client

Discuss candidates with M&A stakeholders and elicit feedback from clients

Additional Sales Support Responsibilities may include:

Develop Sales Tools and Sales Aids

Execute on Marketing Campaigns

Prepare Sales Packages, Including Letters, etc.

Ad Hoc Projects for Research, Sales, Operations, etc.


Key Qualifications/Requirements include:


Professionally minded and ambitious individuals

Inside Sales/Outbound Sales/International Sales/International Recruitment Experience preferred

Desire to learn, study and train to become an outstanding professional

Record of high performance within a competitive environment; drive to win

Accountability for service delivery to the highest possible standards

Ease to quickly develop rapport over the telephone

Focused on results; sense of urgency and commitment to bring projects to completion

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to roll up sleeves and get things done to high standards of detail and quality

Ability to consistently maintain focus, energy and enthusiasm

Insightful about people and organizations

Proven success establishing and growing long-term relationships

Prior experience in Executive Search/Recruiting NOT required

Prior experience in inside/outbound sales (relationship/account management) or recruiting in the North American or International Markets 3-10 Years is a must.

Compensation package INR 5,00,000 - 10,00,000 Fixed Per Annum (With variable CTC of upto 14-15 Lacs Per Annum)

Working Hours 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
