· Effectively manage, prioritize workload, and close the hiring needs of the business
· Partner with the project teams/managers/practice leads to understand the requirement
· Collaborate with practice leadership to assess needs, develop strategy, and implement work plans to meet the needs of various practice areas
· Manage relationships across businesses and vendor teams, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner
· Communicate progress to business—coordinate ad hoc reporting regarding recruiting progress
· Research and gather market intelligence through vendors and share it with the business
· Set high recruitment standards, always taking in to consideration operational excellence and compliance
· Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability-/competency-based assessments during their interview
· Effectively communicate with the vendors, candidates, and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality
· Establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders’ business leaders, hiring managers, vendors, candidates, SPS, etc.
· Maintain a critical eye for the tools and resources necessary for smooth running of the business and ensure process compliance for the entire contractor management
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in to End to End Recruitment.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Stack Holder Management, Direct Interaction with Business and Hiring Managers
  • Knowledge on Non IT & IT skills and current trends in Technology.
  • Bulk and Volume Hiring experience.
  • Vender Management.
