Ø Responsible for handling full recruitment life Cycle
Ø Should have working experience with direct clients as well as Implementation partners.
Ø Work closely with Team Lead/CDM/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements.
Ø Very good experience in working on multiple requirements across the technologies.
Ø Good understanding of US Tax terms like 1099, C2C, and W2. Exp. working for direct client and VMS model. Exp. working with Citizens and green card holders.
Ø Experience in Portal Sourcing using dice,Indeed,CB, Monster and other Job Portals
Ø Thorough understanding of various IT terminologies
Ø Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites.
Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements
Ø Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Good interpersonal and team coordination skill Proactive, self-driven and quick learner
Ø Strong Team Player
Ø Strong analytical sense and organization skills
Ø Excellent time Management and Multitasking Skills
