Recruiter is responsible full life cycle recruiting starting with: • Understanding of client job requirements & pipeline relevant candidates via different sources – job boards (dice.com, monster.com, indeed, Linkedin). • Discussing job opportunities in detail & negotiating wage rates with the consultant. • Submit candidate resumes to account managers & clients and schedule in-person interviews & initiate onboarding procedures once a candidate gets hired. • Must have completed Bachelor’s Degree or must have experience of 1-2 years working with International Call Center Processes (Voice Process Only) Excellent command over English Language is MUST for a candidate to be successful.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
