Job Description
Job Descriptions:

Responsible for delivering talent processes with special focus on recruitment and partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand current talent challenges
Responsible for the entire recruitment process including candidate communication, interviews, assessments, reference checks and offer negotiations
Effectively partner with the global business services team to ensure all coordination with candidates and hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently, e.g. job posting, candidate scheduling, job offer processing
Liaise with HR business partners and business leaders to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs
Delivering comprehensive service for all recruitment processes for junior to senior level positions in compliance with internal procedures and regulations;
Independently sourcing top quality candidates for the ability to set clear priorities;
Cooperation with managers within the organization to support all recruitment processes;
Cooperation with educational institutions (universities, secondary schools), external recruitment suppliers and other labour market organizations;
Planning and execution of employer branding activities;
Creating new and improving existing recruitment tools;
Administration of all existing recruitment tools, preparing experience and internal recruitment reports.
