Job Description
Require "Receptionist Front Office" for CA firm, in Ashram Chowk(South Delhi) with below mentioned qualities :
1. Good communication skill and pleasing personality.
2. Attend/schedule calls with the clients, with proper Etiquette
3. Maintaining the files, records and documents as required.
4. Flexible, Enthusiastic and must be able to handle all day-to-day administrative work.
5. Engaging and scheduling the employees.
6. Should have pleasing personality.
7. Organize and secure highly confidential company and employee information.
8. Experience with Microsoft Office( Word and Excel, Outlook).
9. Exceptional ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
10 . Ability to work on flexible schedule, when necessary.
11. Respond to requests for employee data; prepare Management reports as required.
