·Manage the strategic sourcing process, including the development of proposal solicitation documents such as Requests for Proposals (RFP), and coordination of suppliers to ensure timely performance and response. Consolidate and create overviews in presentation style form for senior leadership level review.Managing the day-to-day supply chain management activities across various Real Estate categories.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and execute the appropriate procurement strategy.
  • Leading cross-functional team members during strategic sourcing activities including the creation of sourcing documents and execution of resulting contracts.
  • Administering procurement policies and procedures in accordance with Firm guidelines.
  • Negotiating pricing/contract terms and establishing supplier contracts, understanding U.S. supply markets.
  • Analyzing and documenting spend and savings within categories.
  • Establishing and maintaining analysis and tracking reports, while monitoring contract compliance and usage of specific products and services.
  • Contacting suppliers to perform necessary research to handle day-to-day operational tasks such as responding to field inquiries and requests for information.
  • Delivers results that exceed expectations.
  • Prioritizes tasks based on relative importance, recognizes and communicates when plans should be adjusted to meet the timeline and scope.
  • Adapts to changing priorities as they arise.

  • ·Execute Supplier Relationship Management periodical meetings with suppliers in the US.
    ·Perform internal and external web based surveys; prepare meaningful reports with the responses collected.
    ·Actively look for opportunities to engage stakeholder strategically
    ·Should possess strong customer service skills.
    ·Collaborates with respective teams across boundaries to find savings or improvement opportunities.
