Job Description:
    Min 8 yrs of Experience in Centralised quality Assurance in BFSI space, F&A;
    Must have 5-7 of work experience and shouldpossess strong knowledge in SAS 70, SSAE 16,SOX testing experience in BFSI space.
    Extensive experience in the field and a comprehensive level of knowledge pertaining to the regulatory requirements of the Investment Banking/ Financial Services Industry.
    Exposure to work in various regulatory guidelines such as AML, OFAC, BSA, Basel, etc.
    Possess ability to build teams and manage operational and financial elements.
    Responsible for creating, implementing, and managing business's quality control processes. Typical job responsibilities include analysing business needs and areas for improvement, developing new procedures that ensure higher quality on output and ensuring proper distribution of resources.
    Exploring new plans to advance the effectiveness of various production techniques,company rules, and business standards to identify areas that can be improved upon.
    The goal of this function is to ensure an overall higher quality on output, implementing more efficient systems, restructuring the processes and ensure to meet or exceed expectations.
    Maintaining organizational and professional ethical standards.

    Desired Profile
    o Responsible for developing the quality goals and targets in the Business Unit.
    o To improve and promote quality on process level by reducing errors and maintains accuracy with zero defects.
    o Framing Centralized Quality Assurance (CQA) parameters at process level.
    o Ability to define the testing methodologies and quality control standards.
    o Identifying the root cause of errors at processes level with operating staff and conducting relevant quality-related trainings.
    o Ability to prepare centralised quality snapshot to trouble shoot zero defects at process level.
    o Works independently with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
    o Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out, evaluated and modifications are investigated if necessary
    o Investigate customer complaints and provide a timely response in accordance with defined procedures.
    o Analyse RCA of Existing errors and review MSA (Measurement System Analysis) to ensure zero gap on customer requirements (SLAs)
    o Responsible for identification, development and documentation of internal control issues and recommendations.
