Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Urgently Need Quality Analyst (Only from BPO Background Experience)
Minimum 1 year experience required as Quality Analyst on papers

* Analyzing and sharing feedback of CHATS/Email/ Calls taken by Agents.
* Identifying fatal errors and non-fatal errors impacting the process and take
corrective/preventive action
* Monitor agents to identify errors, deviations & initiate corrective measures.
* Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
* Conduct feedback sessions with Agents for improvement. Conduct Quality session with new hire’s.
* Identify the gaps in current process & systems in order to improve overall
quality of Process.
* Participate in design of quality parameters & standards.
* Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff
review. Should know about 7 tools of quality
Certification in Quality would be an added advantage.

Primary Qualifications:
Should be Graduate from any stream
Should have good communication skills both Spoken and written.
Good Excel Knowledge (V lookup- H lookup) with logical approach required.

Walk in Interview’s – E-25, Sec- 63, Noida
Between Monday to Friday (1pm to 7pm)
5 day’s working –Night Shift ( 9.30 pm- 6.30 am) Rotational Week off's
Good Salary + cab (As per Location)+ bonus+ meals
