Job Description
Your role:

• Monitor Emails/Chats/Calls taken by customer care associates

• Compile audit results and give rating on scorecard

• Take feedback sessions and refresher trainings for the associates

MUST Have:

• Work on Quality and Training modules for process improvements

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Familiarity with the audit sheet (Critical/non critical error)

• Working knowledge in data analysis

• Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques

Experience--4 yrs to 10 yrs
