• Develop and manage test plan and test case creation based on user stories • Identify and encourage test process automation opportunities • Key member of efficient agile team performing testing and validation in two week sprint intervals • Assist development in issue analysis/debugging, preparing test environment, etc as needed Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Education: • Training in Software Testing • Strong knowledge with manual & automation tools Experience: • 6 months to 1 year software testing experience • Experience with Test Automation Tools • Good knowledge of the softwaretesting lifecycle (STLC) and the process tools. • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations • Strong customer service skills and communication skills • Experience with Jira, Jmeter and git • Experience in working with remote teams • Experience in supporting technology products to the messenger • Detail oriented, with focus on quality • Experience working in agile environment • Good knowledge of softwarequalityassuranceand defining qualitystrategies for projects and client engagements. • Good knowledge of release management. • Proficient in Black Box Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, SystemTesting, Regression Testing • Discovering Defects & finding resolution in coordination with Development teams • Understanding of Priority and Severity of a Defect • Possess good communication, analytical, logical and problem-solving skills • Ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions. • Sound interpersonal and team working skills
