What you will be doing
  • Deliver working solutions to our clients.
  • Build an understanding of the product on a functional and technical level, understand the context of our clients, participate in solution design, drive testing activities, and deliver solutions that address the business needs of our clients.
  • Work with the Business Analyst and Solution Architect to understand functional requirements, identify requirement gaps, boundary cases and functional risks so that these can be addressed early in the process.
  • Evaluate test data and/or engineer test data to be used throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Drive all phases of test execution and documentation including functional, regression, performance, usability, integration and acceptance testing.
  • Work closely with the Developers in your team to ensure short feedback cycles.
  • Actively participate in the SCRUM rituals within your team (Planning Meeting, Stand-up, Retrospective, Demo, Backlog review meetings, etc.).
  • Ensure quality of newly build or enhanced features and configure existing features as seen fit for the project/product.

  • Excellent knowledge of English.


Skills
  • Experience of 8 to 12 Years in QA Lead_Automation -Selenium,Jmeter (preferably in Finance, Payments domain)
  • Relevant QA experience (preferably in Finance, Payments domain) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, JMeter) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study.

  • Fluent in English
  • Collaborative – Collaborate with different groups and complete the assigned task.
  • Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation
  • Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
