Kakatiya Cement Sugar & Industries Limited (KCSIL) earlier known as Kakatiya Cements Limited (KCL) was incorporated in the Year 1979 for the manufacture of Ordinary Portland Cement. The Company was promoted by Late Shri P.Venkateswarlu, a reputed Civil Contractor with equity support from APIDC. The installed capacity of the Cement Division of the Company was increased over the period from the initial 66,000 tpa to 1,98,000 tpa to 2,97,000 tpa at present, whereas that of the Sugar Division is increased from 2500 tcd to 3200 tcd at present. The cement plant of the Company is located in Suryapet District of Telangana, whereas the sugar and power plants are located in Khammam District of Telangana.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
