Danfoss is looking for a Manager Project Sales who will be responsible for exceeding Sales & Order Intake Target by improving Customer base of Project business to support Year-On-Year Growth Plan. If you are an experienced sales professional with proven track record of profitable sales growth, you might be the one we are looking for! You will drive and achieve/exceed project sales target for Danfoss Drives products. You will add value to customers business with your technical expertise.
You will be responsible for
Establishing solid relationship with existing customers and identifying new growth opportunities, developing and establishing new customers
Organizing, Supporting, Performing Customer engagement/marketing activities like Seminars, Presentations, Exhibitions
Interpreting and understanding customer requirements and hidden needs during Pre-sales phase and propose ideal solution jointly with proposal team
Negotiating and closing Orders as per guidelines on commercial terms and conditions
Co-ordinating with technical experts and service team to provide technical services and resolving customer complaints
Market intelligence including market trend monitoring, and competitors to strategize our Market approach/Growth plan
Education and Experience
10+ years of experience in Industrial Drives & Automation Sales and Marketing, preferably in Heavy Industry Segments
Ability to build quick and effective relationship
Independent and self-starter, Passion for growth
Hunting mindset with a drive for sales and Passion for meeting customers
Good communication skills - verbal & writing skills

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
