Job Description
Key Responsibilities (Key Note: Best to be as detailed as possible)

• The Business Development Executive is responsible for growing the Sales of the company product portfolio in an assigned territory

• Key Customer Profile – Builders (At corporate level &/or site specific)

• Key Product Portfolio that needs to be sold – Gypsum, Readymix Plaster, White Cement, Tiles & other related products

• The person needs to survey & develop a database of all active construction sites in an assigned territory

• The person needs to then target each of these sites & position Buildon product portfolio with the respective customers.

• Retain existing customers & generate repeat business or cross sell our product portfolio.

• Develop & build new customers on an ongoing basis.

Key Requirements

• A good understanding of Sales processes in the construction industry

• Ability to reach out to customers & sell the Buildon Value proposition.

• A Go-Getter with an ability to work independently & resolve problems.

• Strong personality and good communication skills would be an added advantage

• Prior experience in Selling a similar product portfolio will be an added advantage.
