Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Monitor, evaluate and supervise the daily activities of all staffs in the location. 
2. To counsel all the TB patients in the project area.

3. Day-to-day duties include conducting client screenings, providing individual assessments, conducting individual and group level counseling sessions, providing care and maintaining necessary program documentation including various types of reports
4. Liaisoning with concerned DTOs/MO –TC/STS/DOT Provider

5. Monthly consolidated report to Project Coordinator.

6. Feedback to Project Coordinator on regular basis on the activities facilitated.

7. The project officer after starting the function will collect relevant data to prepare complete patient profile in the District.

8. S/he shall be responsible for the funds made available to him in the discharge of his duties and also be personally responsible for financial accountability in respect of the administrative and expenditure incurred by him. For this purpose he shall regularly report in writing to Project Coordinator.

9. Reporting and recording and compilation of statistical data.

10. S/he shall be responsible to implement PIP(Performance Improvement Plan)

11. S/he shall prepare advance tour program (ATP), on monthly basis.

12. S/he shall maintain daily dairy for field visit.
13. S/he shall ensure the maintenance of appropriate financial records and submit monthly expenditure report to Project Coordinator.

14. S/he shall keep the Project Coordinator, informed on the progress of the project activities especially in respect of achievement.

15. Organizing visit of GLRA, HQ, and Govt officials.

16. S/he shall be responsible to arrange the visit of delegates in respective areas of the project as and when required under the guidance of Project Coordinator.

17. S/he may be assigned by seniors for any other work in favor of organization and project as and when required.

18. Overall under the supervision of Project Coordinator.

19. In the absence of Project Coordinator report directly to ‘Communication & PR’ – Asia Lead/Project Manager.

20. Adhere to the PR guidelines for all events.

DAHW(German Leprosy and TB Relief Association) is an international organization established in the year 1956 in Wurzburg, Germany with a vision - "A world in which no one suffers from leprosy, tuberculosis and other poverty-related diseases and the consequences they bring, such as physical disability and social exclusion". Subsequently the organization has decentralized its offices to different regions.
