Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Project Manager
  • Help the program manager or sponsor to build the business case and collect the business requirements
  • For global/transnational projects to act as an interface to the AXA Tech PMO/SI organizations to ensure that the project requests are reflected in the local portfolio's
  • Act as a facilitator for the local or global project team and support the program manager and enable regular dialogue with team members and help them to overcome obstacles
  • Quality assurance and overall integrity of the program/project - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program/project; and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning
  • Facilitating the appointment of individuals to the project implementation teams .Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects within a program AND outside
  • Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program/project are identified or issues arise.
  • Proactively monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate
  • Provide a consolidated update to sponsor or program manager (Gates, Forecast, Actuals, Risks & Issues,… per involved entity)
  • Monitoring the program's/project's budget (expenditures and costs against delivered and realized benefits) on behalf of the Executive Sponsor or Program Manager
  • Ensuring that the delivery of new products or services from the projects is to the appropriate levels of quality, on time within budget and within specification in accordance with the program/project plan and program/project governance
  • Managing the communication of the program/project


Desired Skills:
  • Running project on OTOBOS and as per client KPIs / Ability to work in a process mature production environments
  • On time publishing of weekly / monthly governance deck
  • Ensuring on time governance meetings and deliverables
  • Ensuring the good application of the norms & standards (Methodology, SLA)
  • Good communication with the client project manager
  • Delivering quality project documents to ensure all the project stakeholders on same page
  • Total 10 Years with at least 5 years of experience in Project Management & PMO functions
  • Well versed with costing & pricing
  • Understands the concepts of service based pricing
  • Can independently run due diligence exercise for scope confirmation and propose delivery models
  • Exposed to Service Delivery models in the IMS space

Skills will be added advantages:
Proved skills in handling & delivering critical projects. Exposure to ITIL functions

Qualifications/ Requirements:
Required Certification :PMP certificate, ITIL, Six Sigma ,SharePoint, Client PPM or any CRM Tool, Certification (Preferable) ,ITIL Certification, Client PPM, AS400 background
Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
