Role: Project Manager – SCM / TOW The position is that of Project managers based out of Wichita/California and the candidate will be being working on rate readiness and supplier assessment organization, manage suppliers audit functions. The role eventually could expand beyond this and functions. The Project Manager is responsible for customer and supplier interface both. Key Responsibilities: Implementation of the Supplier Quality Function related to Aero segment Improving corporate processes Addressing escalation meetings with suppliers Supplier auditing Schedule Adherence - Ensures that all part and supplier qualifications are performed in a timely manner to support business requirements Engages with internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements and priorities are fully understood Definition of supplier development measures and driving the implementation in cooperation with the cross-functional team Expectations: BS/BA in Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience 10 year experience in manage projects PMP is preferred Ability to interface with all internal and external stakeholders Good interpersonal skills Fluent in English MS Office experience Continuous improvement mindset Experience in Aero segment is an advantage Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 standard, ISO 13485 is an advantage Successfully applies knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization Successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above May provide general guidance or train lower level support staff

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
